The “JSP Affiliated Faculty” designation follows campus-wide “below-the-line” or “courtesy” appointment protocols, which recognize Berkeley faculty members who have been especially involved and share common intellectual interests with a particular department or program.
JSP Affiliated Faculty are approved by JSP core faculty to become faculty affiliates based on their demonstrated track record of teaching and mentoring JSP students. This list is intended to be a helpful resource for JSP students looking for faculty to serve on their Topical Exam, Qualifying Exam, and/or Dissertation Committees.
