The Office for Graduate Diversity is hiring 8 student assistant 2s for the 2026-2027 academic year! We have two slightly different positions available. Both positions are a great opportunity for someone aligned with the mission of our office and interested in strengthening their customer/student services, operational, administrative, and graphic design skills.
About the Positions
Both positions require in person availability and are 10 hours/week at $19.67/hr for the 2026-2027 academic year. Work study is required.

An internship opportunity has opened up at the last minute for Summer 2026!
Art of Writing is once again partnering with the Los Angeles Review of Books (LARB) to offer an internship to UC Berkeley undergraduates (preferably rising juniors and seniors) with interest and experience in writing, publishing, and education. Applicants must have a graduation date after August 2026. This Summer 2026 internship will be with LARB’s educational programs. This intern will help to produce the LARB Publishing Workshop, a program with a mission to assist people from diverse backgrounds start publishing careers.
The intern will work closely with LARB’s core staff, for 15-20 hours per week, between the first week of June and the end of August, 2026. This position is either remote or hybrid in the LARB Los Angeles office. This internship comes with a $2,000 stipend provided by Art of Writing.
