Doctoral Candidate in Jurisprudence and Social Policy (ABD)
Michael Banerjee is a doctoral candidate in Jurisprudence and Social Policy. His research explores how law shapes academic life, and how academic life shapes legal and other landscapes. Michael’s writing has recently appeared in the Boston University Law Review, California Law Review Online, Washington University Law Review Online, and The Chronicle of Higher Education. He is currently writing a corporate history of the American university.
