4) 1stGen Career Survey
1stGen Career Survey
As a first generation student, deciding on a career path comes with additional challenges and difficulties that influence the decision making process. Learning how to be career ready to be the best candidate and understanding  how to navigate the work world once there are all important topics for first generation students.
Career Connections events are co-sponsored by the Career Center and Cal Alumni Association and give students an opportunity to meet with alumni and hear their insights about different types of roles, companies, or industries. The primary goal of these events is for students to gain connections and insight into a career field through casual networking.
We want to hear from YOU, our most important audience, if this proposed event is of interest.  Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts in this survey.   Thank you for your time!
The survey will remain open until May 12, 2023.

6) Late Change Ddln
Late Change Ddln
TODAY Friday April 28th is the last day to make a Late Change to Class Schedule.
Everyone gets two chances only to make a late change.
Use them wisely.
Dropping a class because you are getting a B or even a C is not a good use of a Late Change.
Here's more info.
If you do decide to make a Late Change, do it early today.
Do not wait until 11:59pm to get on the system because sometimes the system overloads/glitches and you won't be able to complete the transaction. The College does not care after the deadline that you experienced technical difficulties. They do not accept appeals after the deadline.
Don't even ask.
