Tickets Now Available
Legal Studies Commencement tickets are now available for purchase.
There is no limit.
Graduates do not need a ticket.
The phone and Box Office hours are Tuesday-Friday 12:00pm-5:30pm, Saturday-Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm.
All orders will be delivered via email as E-tickets. Patrons should contact tickets@calperformances.org if they have any questions or if they do not receive their E-tickets.

2) Congratulations Suaad!
Congratulations Suaad!
Suaad Nour was awarded the KIDS FIRST: David L. Kirp Prize by the Institute for the Study of Societal Issues in recognition of her work to increase opportunities for children and youth. Suaad is a senior majoring in Legal Studies and Business Administration. 
With a strong commitment to accessibility and a passion for empowering young people, Suaad has made the most of her undergraduate years by dedicating herself to making a difference. As the Assistant Program Manager at Experience Berkeley High School, she mentors and guides low-income students of color through the college application process, providing one-on-one mentorship and delivering informative presentations. Suaad maintains a retention rate of over 80% and contributes to a program-wide 60% acceptance rate into UC Berkeley. In addition, her work at Senator Nancy Skinner's office has included research on the gap between high school graduation requirements and UC/CSU eligibility, as well as a study on the impact of incarceration on access to education.

After graduating from UC Berkeley in May 2023, Suaad plans on pursuing law school & is now working at the UC Berkeley Death Penalty Clinic.

The 2023 Annual Masonek Global Careers Networking Event is a unique opportunity for UC Berkeley students who share a common interest in international careers and affairs to connect with professionals in this space.

The event kicks off with catered food offerings. Professionals representing different areas of international affairs will answer the crowdsourced questions from students and open the space for students to network with professionals in a casual, round-table manner. There will also be a raffle prize at the end.

The Career Center is hiring Peer Advisors for the '23-'24 academic year! Career Peer Advisors are an integral part of the Career Center as they are the first point of contact for all who enter our department and serve as ambassadors for the Career Center all over campus. Customer service is a critical role to this position, in addition to presenting workshops to peers across campus and providing individual assistance to students and alumni in the Career Center.
