Legal Studies Website
Our website has lots of great info regarding how our courses count towards the major and how the law-related courses count towards the major.
There is also info regarding things like Study Abroad and UCDC and Honors Research.
If you're wondering about what a specific Legal Studies class entails, you can usually find a past syllabus to look at on our website.
Go to our website rather than looking at the Berkeley Academic Guide.

Political Ed Series
My name is Erin, and I am honored to serve as a Policy Fellow with the Berkeley Underground Scholars. Alongside my team of policy fellows, we have been working hard to develop a Virtual Political Education Series that we are excited to share with you. This series is designed to help us all become more informed and confident voters as we approach the upcoming elections on November 5th.

We’ve carefully curated a lineup of workshops to give you the tools and knowledge you need to make a plan to vote, understand key propositions, and learn about the significant issue of abolishing slavery in California with Prop 6. Whether you are new to voting or an experienced advocate, we hope this series offers valuable insights that will help you feel prepared and empowered to vote this year.

Here’s what we have in store:

(9/6 - Voting 101: Make a Plan to Vote)
past event
(9/20 - Prop 6: Abolish Slavery in California) past event
10/4 - Propositions to Oppose
10/18 - Propositions to Support
11/1 - Get Out the Vote: Last Minute Support

All workshops will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, and you can join us virtually from wherever you are!

We’d love for you to join us and take part in these important discussions. Register here! and mark your calendars for these crucial sessions.
