JSP Forum Monday (10/3, 11am): Daimeon Shanks, “The Aesthetics is International Criminal Law"

The first JSP Forum session of the semester will be on Monday, October 3, 11:10am-12:00pm. Daimeon Shanks will present a draft paper, “The Aesthetics is International Criminal Law,” in which he argues not only that aesthetics shape what is and what is not considered an international crime but also that law broadly is an aesthetic endeavor.
