Anthony received his BA from the Honors College of Rutgers University-Newark, where he graduated summa cum laude with a double-major in Political Science and Psychology and a minor in Economics. Anthony went on to receive his JD from Berkeley Law in 2023, where he served as a submissions editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law, a research assistant to Professors Saira Mohamed and Laurel Fletcher, and was the recipient of
the CLEA Outstanding Clinical Student Award. Currently, he is a Legal Research Associate in the Technology, Law and Policy program at Berkeley Law's Human Rights Center.

Anthony's research interests lie at the intersection of international criminal law and emerging technologies. Specifically, he's interested in investigating the circumstances under which atrocity crimes are successfully prosecuted in international courts and tribunals, and how new and emerging technologies impact those circumstances. Anthony's also interested in issues related to conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV), reproductive control, the emergence and commission of genocide, and state compliance with international law.
