Come learn about sociolegal research, working with Berkeley Law faculty, and graduating with Departmental Honors, at the Honors Info Session.
There will be two current Honors students at the meeting:

If you can't make it to the info session, you should try to attend some of the Honors Research Conference for inspiration. I'll send out the schedule for that once I get it. It will be held on Friday May 1st. Here is where you can find info regarding the Honors Program.

Club Political Computer Science is organizing an event for students to hear from professors working at the intersection of technology, law and political science:
Tech x Policy Faculty Lightning Talks, an event hosted by Political Computer Science, BASIS, and Human Technology Futures, will be held this upcoming Tuesday, April 21st, from 3:30 - 5 pm. Faculty, including Executive Director Camille Crittenden, Professor Wesley Holliday, Professor Andrew Little, Professor Cathryn Carson, and Professor Alane Suhr, will be presenting research topics and taking student questions. After the event, there will be an opportunity for students to mingle with the faculty and have some snacks & beverages. Anybody in the Berkeley community is invited, so please bring your friends and colleagues!

4) Developing Child Su Minor
Developing Child Su Minor
The Developing Child Summer Minor is currently accepting Declaration Forms for this summer's undergraduate cohort.
Three of the five required courses also qualify as Changemaker Courses!
See the required coursework below. The minor can be completed in one or two summers.
Required Coursework:
1. EDUC 114A Early Development and Learning (3 units)2. EDUC 135B Context of Early Development** (3 units)3. EDUC 135A The Developing Child Practicum (3 units)4. EDUC 135 Early Development & Learning Science Core Seminar** (3 units)5. EDUC 135D Early Childhood Policy** (3 units)** These courses qualify as Berkeley Changemaker Courses.
The minor is open to all undergraduate students interested in working with or on behalf of children and families. It also includes a 25-hour practicum placement in an Early Childhood Education Program (ECEP) Lab School classroom where students will have the opportunity to work directly with young children! It also qualifies for a $1,500 Summer Sessions Scholarship.
