ASUC Senator Rayne Xue's office is hosting a virtual pre-law panel tailored to international students on November 12th, 5-6PM.
Navigating law school and the legal profession in the U.S. while having to consider H1B presents unique challenges for international students. With that in mind, we contacted 4 international students across different states (Berkeley Law, Penn Carey, Harvard Law School), years, and practice areas to hear about their experiences. Some of the questions we will discuss are: 1) applying to law school as an international student, 2) finding community, and 3) exploring practice areas with H1B and potential relocation in mind.
